Research Experience:

Dr Roshani Raut has obtained her BE degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Rashta Sant Tukdoji Maharaj, Nagpur University, India and ME in Computer Science and Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, India. she has completed her doctorate in Computer Science and Engineering from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, India. She has more than 16 years of experience and currently she is working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering of Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, Pune, India.

She worked as a Reviewer of Pattern Recognition, Elsevier, The Journal of the Pattern Recognition, ASTESJ, IEEE-ICCUBEA-2016, IEEE-ICCUBEA-2017, ICSPC-2019, SPPU Symposium etc. She is working as a TPC member ICTIS-2020, NAB member of WCASET-2019. She also worked as a convener for BCUD sponsored workshops, national and international conferences.
She has been selected for Outstanding woman in Engineering Award by VIWA. She has received Best Teacher Award on foundation day of ADYPU-2018.
She is a member of CSI and ISTE, She has availed the research and workshop grants from BCUD, Pune University. She has presented more than 60 research communications in national and international conferences and journals, with 283 citations and H-index 10. She has authored three books of Artificial Intelligence.  She has published 7 patents. She has been invited as a TPC member and session chair for various national and international conferences.
She has guided more than 100 undergraduate students and 28 plus Masters of Engineering students for projects. Her research area includes Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Deep Learning, Internet of Things etc.
